   webpage at: www.compbenefits.com.
2. Click the Provider Maps button on our home page.
3. Enter your street address, city and state, or your zip code.
   Check your mileage preference and click FIND.

It's that simple!

The participating dentists closest to your home or office are right there on your computer screen with a map for your directions!

The locator service also provides other important information for you. The address and telephone number of each dentist and whether or not the dentist is accepting new patients is shown on the same screen along with exact mileage from your address!
