AdvantagePlus costs 30 percent to 40 percent less than most traditional dental insuranceplans and features no hidden costs, no claims to file, and options for no annualmaximum and no waiting periods.
With AdvantagePlus, you don't have to select your network dentist ahead of time. All you have to do is make your appointment with any participating AdvantagePlus dentist, and we'll take care of the rest.
If you encounter a complicated dental need - such as endodontics, oral surgery,or periodontics - you can go to a participating AdvantagePlus specialist withouta referral or special approval.

With a schedule of benefits based on fixed reimbursements, you can seek treatment from any licensed dentist and file a claim for reimbursement. That's all you have to do. Elite Choice - CompBenefits' Elite Choice is a traditional insurance plan that gives you the freedom to seek care from any licensed dentist without having to be concerned with whether or not he or she is a member of a particular network. Elite Choice emphasizes preventive care and will reimburse you nearly all of the fees from cleanings, x-rays, and oral examinations. Your benefits are clearly outlined on the Schedule of Benefits you choose. With quick turnaround times on claims, you'll be reimbursed for these services in a matter of days. Our VisionCare Plan covers routine eye examinations, glasses, contacts, LASIK surgery, and many of the other elements of eye health required to keep your vision at its best. VisionCare Plan also relies solely on private practice optometrists and ophthalmologists whose care is associated with high consumer satisfaction. The doctors you'll see in a VisionCare Plan network provide services that are convenient, comprehensive, relationship-oriented, and consistent.
Primary Plus offers health care plans quality routine eye care as well as medical and surgical eye health services. With a network of highly skilled optometrists and ophthalmologists, Primary Plus' strengths lie in controlling costs while giving its customers outstanding customer service.
VisionCare - CompBenefits' VisionCare Plan provides eye exam and lens and frame benefits through a fully insured vision plan.
Plan benefits include periodic, comprehensive eye exams, lenses and frames or contacts. In addition you can get a discount on LASIK or PRK surgery. In the year after an eye exam, you'll also receive a 20 percent discount on a second pair of eyeglasses and/or a 15 percent discount on professional service fees for elective contact lenses from the VisionCare network doctor you have seen for your original services.
A dual choice plan, VisionCare allows you to choose one of our pre-screened doctors or to visit a doctor outside the VisionCare network. When you opt for in-network doctor, you are only responsible for a small co-payment and any material upgrades that may apply. For out-of-network visits, we'll pay your claim, according to the reimbursements listed in your schedule of benefits.
