The administrative parent company -- CompBenefits Corporation -- is located in Atlanta, Georgia. CompBenefits provides management expertise, MIS, member service, billing and underwriting support services to each state company. The local offices, physically located within each specific state, are responsible for marketing and dental relations, which includes recruiting, credentialing, quality management and ongoing provider relations.

CompBenefits currently provides dental benefits to more than 20,000 group customers. Working with major clients such as private industries, school systems, municipalities and government groups, we have gained extensive network maintenance experience and have proven our capability to handle any size employer, large and small.

CompBenefits is a leader in dental network management. Quality Management is a priority. Each participating dentist is carefully evaluated using standard, measurable criteria. Credentialing criteria includes an extensive review of all credentials, license verification, DEA certification and verification of malpractice insurance. The Quality Management inter-company function is headed by our National Dental Director, a dentist, and the individual states are staffed by dental professionals including three additional dentists.
