As President and CEO, Rothrock oversees all of the day-to-day functions of the company as well as corporate development and strategic planning.

Rothrock joined CompBenefits in 2003, and he has built on the company's recent growth momentum by realigning resources to focus on the unique needs of specific customer segments. He has held various executive positions as well. Prior to joining CompBenefits, Rothrock served as President of Intracorp, where his focus on sales and account management processes ultimately drove company earnings to record levels from 1999 to 2002.

Before joining Intracorp, Rothrock was Senior Vice President for Humana, where he managed a variety of specialty benefits including dental, disability, life insurance, managed worker's compensation, Section 125 Flexible Spending Account administration, and international development.
