This is the plan currently utilized by the majority of the employees of the School Board of Broward County. The copayments listed are the maximum fees that will be charged by the Participating General Dentist or Specialist. The schedule of benefits is valid at the Participating Specialist's office when the patient is referred by the Participating General Dentist and preauthorized by CompBenefits.
